Townhouse
These three single-family homes were conceived in response to the project’s context, a unique urban neighborhood at the edge of a vibrant, upscale downtown. The design, reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century Brownstone townhouse, strives to reflect both the various masonry structures in the area as well as the quaint residences with their gables and elevated front porches overlooking the quiet street.
Further, the structure illustrates through bold geometry in its form, which translated through the interior with unique detailing in cherry wood and steel, creating a spectacular central light well around which the home’s spaces are organized.
