Hamilton Row
Hamilton Row is a 30,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building constructed as part of the urban redevelopment of a vibrant upscale downtown. In accordance with the city’s master plan, it reflects the region’s vemacular building styles while providing a commanding presence on the corner. Located on the edge of the vibrant business and entertainment district, it combines underground parking, ground-floor retail and office with luxury residential units on the top floors. The developer was pleased that through the creative approach to the underground parking, we effectively provided a 6-story building within a 5-story zoning.
